Japan's Omae signs for Dusseldorf

Japan's Genki Omae has signed for Fortuna Dusseldorf until June 2015, the Bundesliga club have announced. The 22-year-old has been playing for mid-table J-League side Shimizu S-Pulse since 2008, and scored 13 goals in 34 matches this season. Dusseldorf, 13th in the Bundesliga, travel to Nuremberg on Saturday before hosting Hanover the following weekend in the final match before the winter break. Omae will join his new team in January.
