Inter Milan have received yet another setback with the news that midfielder Fredy Guarin will miss the next three weeks with a thigh injury. The Colombia international, who pulled up hurt during Inter's 3-2 defeat at Atalanta, joins fellow midfielders Wesley Sneijder, Joel Obi, Philippe Coutinho, Dejan Stankovic and McDonald Mariga on the treatment table. A statement on the club's website read: "A first-grade strain to the left thigh. That is the discovery of medical tests conducted on Fredy Guarin after he complained of a problem against Atalanta." Inter are also worryingly light in defence with Walter Samuel, Andrea Ranocchia and Christian Chivu all nursing injuries. Guarin will definitely miss Cagliari's trip to the San Siro this weekend but the 26-year-old could be back in action against Palermo on 2 December. From : Fifa
