Turkish soccer club Fenerbahce will take on Victoria Plzen of Czech Republic on Thursday in the first leg of round of 16 of UEFA Europa League. The game will kick-off at 8 p.m. (Turkish local time) at Doosan Arena in Plzen and will be refereed by Gianluca Rocchi of Italy. Fenerbahce will compete in round of 16 at UEFA Europa League for the first time in their history, seek for an advantageous score at the away game. The club also aims to win the second leg in Istanbul and advance to quarterfinals. The game will be the 181st match of yellow canaries at European cups. Fenerbahce got 63 victories, 34 draws and 83 defeats at those 180 games. Yellow canaries won 30, drew 16 and lost 30 out of 76 games at UEFA Cup, former name of Europa League.
