The 30-year-old attacker has been out of action for the past few months due to injury, but the trainer is hopeful that the player will be fit for this summer's tournament.Spain national team coach Vicente del Bosque will travel to Barcelona on Tuesday to meet with forward David Villa in order to discuss the striker's availability for Euro 2012, AS reports. The former Valencia man sustained a fractured tibia during the Club World Cup in December 2011, and has been recuperating from the serious injury ever since.Villa recently revealed that he's on course to return to match action before the end of the 2011-12 campaign, but it is still not clear whether the 30-year-old will be ready in time for the European Championship.Del Bosque is hopeful that Villa will be fit enough to feature at this summer's tournament as Spain are struggling for options up front due to Fernando Torres' poor form. The reigning world champions start Euro 2012 with a Group C match against Italy on June 10.
