Goals from Daniel Montenegro and Lugiani Gallardo sent Club America second in the Clausura table as they beat Jaguares 2-0 on Sunday. Montenegro opened the scoring after 27 minutes, but they had to wait until moments before the final whistle for Gallardo to add the second. The win left Club America two points behind leaders Morelia. Guadalajara came from behind to claim a 2-1 win at ten-man Puebla. Luis Garcia put the hosts ahead on the stroke of half-time, before Hector Reynoso levelled six minutes into the second period. Puebla then had Roberto Juarez sent off three minutes later, and Jorge Enriquez took full advantage on the hour mark to score the winner. Goals in each half from Efrain Velarde and Jose Antonio Garcia gave Unam Pumas a 2-0 win at Toluca.
