French striker Djibril Cisse as quashed talk of a return to former club Auxerre on Monday by affirming his desire to stay at current side Lazio. "Hi guys I'm hearing a lot of things about me so I gonna clear the situation I'm going to stay at Lazio and show who I really are (sic)," he wrote on Twitter. "I'm not a quitter I'm a fighter and I will show you all thanks again for the support and I look forward to start to play again," added the 30-year-old, who has endured a difficult season so far with the Rome side. Last week Auxerre president Gerard Bourgoin had confirmed that the Ligue 1 club were interested in bringing Cisse back to where he began his career. The France international striker scored 70 league goals in four seasons with Auxerre and was the top scorer in the French top flight in 2002 and 2004 before moving to Liverpool. He has also played for Marseille, Sunderland and Greek giants Panathinaikos before moving to Italy with Lazio last summer.
