New Vitesse boss Peter Bosz is determined to take the club to the next level after being unveiled. Bosz and assistant Hendrie Kruzen have signed two-year deals with Vitesse as they look to improve upon what was achieved by Fred Rutten, who led the club to fourth place in the Eredivisie and a UEFA Europa League spot before leaving his post. It was their highest league placing in 13 years, but Bosz wants to see further improvement. "I'm glad I'm here today behind this table," said Bosz at the press conference. "I am proud that I have been asked by Vitesse. It is a club with ambitions and I am a coach with ambitions. I hate losing and want to win every game." Bosz and Kruzen come to the GelreDome having guided Heracles Almelo to a 12th-place finish in the league last year, but the chance to compete in Europe proved too alluring. "It is painful to leave Heracles but I always look to move up to the next step," added Kruzen. "I am also very glad I'm here." Source: fifa.com
