Arsenal Under-18s finished their season with a 2-0 victory at Birmingham on Saturday - but it was not enough to see them win the Academy Premier League Group A. Philip Roberts fired Steve Bould's youngters ahead midway through the first half, before Kyle Ebecilio hit a second 30 minutes from time - his third goal in as many games. But Arsenal knew that even victory may not be good enough to seal victory, with Southampton and Charlton both doing enough to edge out the young Gunners by a point. The result leaves Bould's side in third, with fourth-placed Fulham sitting just one point behind with a game in hand.
