Benfica go clear with away win

Benfica moved three points clear at the top of the Liga with a 2-0 win at bottom side Moreirense. Eduardo Salvio opened the scoring in the 48th minute and Rodrigo Lima made it two in the 71st minute. The win moved Benfica clear of Porto, who have a game in hand. Academica won 2-1 at home to nine-man Nacional. The visitors went ahead through Mario Rondon after 21 minutes, but they had Joao Aurelio sent off six minutes before the break. Leandro Makelele levelled two minutes into the second half and Edinho put Academica in front eight minutes from time. Nacional went down to nine a minute later with Revson sent off. From FIFA
