The head of the Palestinian Studies Centre in Cairo told Arabstoday that the delegation will also  submit the possibility of opening the Rafa border crossing for 24 hours a day and to activate trade agreements with Egypt. The head of the Hamas government in Gaza, Ismail Haniyeh, announced yesterday that he will meet President Mohammed Morsi in Cairo next week.
