Arab Interior Ministers Council General-Secretariat condemns

The Arab Interior Ministers' Council General-Secretariat has condemned, in the strongest terms, the armed terrorists attack on the Reformatory and Rehabilitation Centre in Jau, Bahrain, which claimed the life of a policeman, injured another and allowed several terror-crime convicts to escape.

Bahrain News Agency, BNA, quoted a statement issued by the General-Secretariat as denouncing the heinous and cowardly crime, affirming full solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain in combating the scourge of terrorism and confronting foreign designs aimed at subverting national security and stability.

The statement hailed Bahrain's security forces for their efficient performance, expressing confidence in their ability to maintain an adequate environment to pursue the march of development and prosperity in the Kingdom.
