Yemeni Minister of Health and Population Naser Baoom said Friday that 1,890 cholera-related deaths were recorded from April 27 till the end of July.
Speaking to reporters, the minister said the cases were mainly reported in Hajjah, Sana'a, Hodeidah, Amran and Ibb.
The minister noted that the number of deaths has been in decline, thanks to aid offered by the Kuwait Society for Relief, the Saudi King Salman Center for Humanitarian Aid and Relief and the Emirates Red Crescent.
