New York - Arabstoday
A U.S. man charged with hacking a homeless man to death with an axe and eating some of his brain and other body parts is due in court. Thirty five year old Tyree Lincoln Smith is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Connecticut on a murder charge. The Connecticut Post newspaper reports that Smith was returned to the state Tuesday after he was arrested last week in Florida. Police say Smith killed the homeless Angel Gonzalez with an axe and ate one of his eyeballs and part of his brain in December. Gonzalez' body was found in an abandoned home. A message was left Wednesday morning with Bridgeport public defender's office, which is representing Smith. NewYork - The Guardian
