
The United Nations (UN) Special Envoy to Libya Martin Kobler underlined that enhancing the power of the Libyan cabinet will lead to eradicating Daesh terrorist group.
In press statements on Wednesday, Kobler said that fighting Daesh entails a military solution, adding that the battle should be waged by the Libyans firstly.
He called on the Libyan parties to stop fighting between each other and form a Libyan unified army to combat the extremist organization.
