Thirteen PKK militants were killed in an air operation on Saturday in eastern Turkey, the country's military said.
The air operation took place in the Mount Tendurek region between the eastern Agri and Van provinces, the Turkish General Staff said in a statement carried by Turkey's news agency (Anadolu).
Fighter jets belonging to the Turkish Armed Forces carried out three airstrikes in total, the statement added.
