A suspected suicide bomber blew himself up on Friday near a police camp in Bangladesh's capital of Dhaka, wounding two others, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan said.
A man carrying explosives entered the rapid action battalion (RAB) camp and blew himself up, the minister said. "The person who was carrying the bomb was killed," Khan said.
Mufti Mahmud Khan, director of RAB legal and media wing, confirmed the attack targeted the police camp. "Two of our officials have been injured," he said without giving further details of the incident.
