international coalition carries out 23 air raids against Daesh in Syria, Iraq

US and coalition military forces continued to attack Daesh terrorists in Syria and Iraq, Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve officials said on Wednesday.

Officials noted that assessments of results are based on initial reports, according to the Pentagon website on Wednesday. 

Attack, fighter and remotely piloted aircraft conducted four strikes in Syria near Hawl, Idlib, Manbij and Mara.

Meanwhile, attack, fighter and remotely piloted aircraft conducted 19 strikes in Iraq, coordinated with and in support of Iraq’s government near Hit, Kirkuk, Kisik, Mosul, Qayyarah, Sinjar, Sultan Abdallah and Tal Afar.
