Gunman kills 2, injures 4 at US town meeting

A gunman opened fire at a meeting in a small US town in Pennsylvania, killing two and sending four others to the hospital, local media reported. The gunman was also injured and is receiving medical care, according to the local NBC affiliate. Just 23 minutes later, emergency calls started coming in, the broadcaster said. Two of the injured were airlifted for treatment in the Lehigh Valley, while the other two were being treated locally.
