
A car bomb targeted a police building in southeastern Turkey causing a number of casualties on Tuesday.
According to security sources, the blast occurred outside a police department building in Mardin's Midyat district, Turkish Anadolu Agency (AA) reported. The number of injured is not confirmed yet.
Footage from the scene shows many buildings heavily damaged by the explosion. The blast comes one day after seven police officers and four civilians died in a car-bomb attack in central Istanbul.
