
A rescuer instructs his colleagues to save a man trapped in the rubbles of a concrete wall at a slum area in Manila, the Philippines, Aug. 13, 2016. The concrete wall collapsed on shanties where four people were trapped due to the persistent heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon. Two people died and 15 residents were injured in the accident, according to the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office .
