A Chinese peacekeeper serving with the UN's Mali mission and three civilians working with an explosives unit have been killed in separate attacks, multiple sources confirmed Wednesday.
China's foreign ministry confirmed the death of a national in the northern city of Gao while a Malian security source told AFP: "Two attacks against MINUSMA and its partners led to the death of a peacekeeper and three civilians working for the mission."
