Ahmadinejad talks to nation on TV

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, in a live TV interview on Tuesday evening, gave his views on various national and international issues. The president started his remarks with his trip to New York to attend United Nations 66th General Assembly session and said the aim of establishing the United Nations was solving world problems fairly and managing the world in favor of nations, but the good idea has not worked out yet and the UN has turned into an ineffective organization. President Ahmadinejad said that the idea of establishing the UN was a human achievement adding that wars, conflicts and dogmatism have caused a lot of damage in the history, until human thought became worldwide and the UN was formed to reform world situation. With the collapse of the USSR, the USA claimed that there is just one order in the world and called itself the owner of the new order, and so the UN turned into an ineffective organization.
