Four teenagers were shot Monday in downtown Nashville in the US state of Tennessee, and the two suspect were now put under police custody, according to a report from the Tennessean website.
A 18-year-old boy was critically injured in the shooting, while three other boys, two aged 17 and the one aged 15, suffered minor injuries, said Metro police spokesman Don Aaron.
The shooting happened at about 3:40 p.m. local time at the Music City Central bus station, which serves up to 20,000 passengers each weekday. At this time of day, teenagers frequently use this bus station as they head home from school, said the report.
A Tennessean reporter in the area at the time of the shooting heard at least one gunshot and watched people run, ducking behind stairwells and any other infrastructure for cover.
Police has recovered a handgun on the scene after the shooting, said the report.
