Members of the forces loyal to Libya's UN-backed Government of National Accord (GNA) are seen in the coastal city of Sirte, east of the capital Tripoli, Libya, on Aug. 28, 2016. Fierce clashes against the Islamic State (IS) militants in the Libyan city of Sirte killed 18 soldiers and injured another 120 on Sunday, according to Sirte's field hospital.
