Ahmed Mortada Mansour
Cairo - Arab Today

Member of Egypt’s Zamalek board Ahmed Mortada Mansour praised the win achieved by the football team against Nigerian team of Rangers in the framework of African Champions League, saying that the result is strongly reassuring.
He added, “Despite the big win, we will not deal with the second leg match, scheduled to be held on Sunday, negligently. Football does not recognize impossibility. We were close to leave the same tournament in the semifinal last season after our defeat from Moroccan Wydad 5-2 in the second leg, although we won during the first match in Cairo 4-0”
He expressed his appreciation to the team’s coach Mohamed Helmy and the players who exerted their efforts to achieve such important win during the match. He blamed the fans who attended the match due to insulting the rival Ahly team and Chairperson of Zamalek Mortada Mansour.
He added, “Those fans are the worst. I advise those people who support the return of such fans to the stadiums to review their position.” He blamed this kind of fans for the killing of those who died before Air Defense Stadium, stressing that they should be dealt in deterrent way.
