Twin explosions rocked Khost city in Afghanistan

Twin explosions rocked Khost city in Afghanistan this morning.
The explosions took place near the office of the provincial council, according to the Afghan (Khaama Press).
According to eyewitnesses explosions occurred early on Monday morning and there are casualties.
No group has immediately claimed responsibility for the explosions.
Police were dispatched to the explosion site.
