Israeli forces have arrested a Palestinian teenager suspected of stabbing to death a Jewish mother-of-six as her children watched, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Dafna Meir, 38, was killed on Sunday night after struggling with an attacker in the doorway of her home in the Israeli settlement of Otniel.
Israel announced on Tuesday that it had arrested a suspect, named in local media as Mourad Adais. He is said to be either 15 or 16 and from a nearby Palestinian village.
He is being interrogated by Shin Bet, Israel's equivalent of MI5.
More than 20 Israelis have been killed since October 1 but Mrs Meir’s death is unusual as Palestinian attackers rarely strike inside Israeli settlements, which are heavily guarded and difficult to enter.
