Palestinian shot dead near Nablus after alleged attempted attack

Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian man on Sunday following an alleged attempted stabbing attack in the northern occupied West Bank district of Nablus, Ma'an News Agency quoted the Palestinian Health Ministry as saying on Sunday.
Israeli occupation forces killed the Palestinian youth over allegations of attempting to attack and stab Israeli soldiers, said a Palestinian source.
No Israelis were injured during the incident, added the source.
Since October, more than 150 Palestinians have been killed by Israelis, the majority in the occupied West Bank.
While Israel alleges many of those were attempting to attack Israelis when they were shot, Palestinians and rights groups have disputed Israel's version of events in a number of cases.
