
An armed Israeli settler shot dead a 28-year-old Palestinian near Kfar Adumim settlement in the east of Al Quds.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said in a statement that the young man was identified as Fadi Mohamed Khatib.
Fadi's brother, Shadi, was shot dead five days ago by an Israeli settler near the scene of Friday's incident.
Another Palestinian was shot and killed earlier on Friday in Beit Ummar north of Hebron (Khalil city).
As many 103 Palestinians have been killed since the start of last month, including 22 children and four women.
