Tehran - XINHUA

Nuclear talks between Iran and the world powers are likely to be extended beyond the Nov. 24 deadline, Iran's senior nuclear negotiator Abbas Araqchi, said on Friday.
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, and the EU foreign policy chief, Catherine Ashton, will meet in the Austrian capital, Vienna, on October 14 to discuss Iran's nuclear issue, Araqchi said.
"There is a possibility that the (nuclear) talks would be extended," Araqchi was quoted as saying by Press TV.
"The time is passing swiftly," he said, adding that there is still hope that the talks will achieve the desired result by the deadline.
The new round of negotiations on Iran's nuclear program will resume in the Austrian capital of Vienna on Tuesday, October 14, and run until Wednesday, the Iranian nuclear negotiator said.
Iran and its negotiating partners held their latest round of talks in New York to work out a final agreement aimed at ending the long-standing dispute over Tehran's nuclear program.
