Special Israeli units at dawn Saturday kidnapped four Palestinians from Partaa village in southwest Jenin.
Local sources and eyewitnesses said the Israeli unit opened fire at the driver of the vehicle the four youths were riding, sparking off clashes at the entrance of the village.
The Israeli forces opened fire at the vehicle and chased it out, leaving the driver injured and the windows of the vehicle smashed and then arrested the four youths.
