Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday opened fire on Palestinian farmers on the eastern borders of the Gaza Strip, with no injuries reported.
Local sources said the Israeli forces stationed on the border line machine gunned the farmers in Abstan and Khozaa districts in Khan Yunis city, southern Gaza Strip, with no injuries or damage reported.
Meanwhile, Hebrew sources said the Israeli army is detaining remains of 19 Palestinian bodies who were killed during the recent war on Gaza.
The bodies or partial remains of 19 Palestinians killed during the past summer’s 50-day war between Israel and Gaza-based armed groups have been buried in undisclosed locations within Israeli territory, Haaretz reported Wednesday.
The IDF refused to address the reasons behind its decision to hold the bodies in Israel.
