A Palestinian youth succumbed to his injuries on Friday after being shot by Israeli forces in Ramallah.
Occupation forces stationed at the entrance to Selwad village in northern Ramallah shot dead a Palestinian with special needs, local sources said.
While paramedics were prevented to save the injured Palestinian, Israeli reinforcements were dispatched.
