The Israeli authorities exceptionally opened on Friday the Kerem Abu Salem crossing, southeast of Gaza, to allow fuel into the Strip.
Small quantities of diesel fuel for the power generation station and cooking gas were allowed into the Gaza Strip, Palestinian sources said.
Kerem Abu Salem is the only commercial crossing for the entry of goods, aid and fuel into the besieged Palestinian territory.
