
Israeli forces allowed on Monday scores of Gazans to visit their relatives jailed in Nafha prison, spokesman or the International Committee of the Red Cross Sohair Zaqout said.
Some 46 families of Gaza prisoners including, 17 children under the age of 14, headed for Beit Hanoun (Erez) crossing north of the Strip to visit 26 Palestinian detainees in Nafha prison, she added.
About 400 Gazans are still jailed in Israeli prisons.
Israel has resumed the family visit program for the Gaza Strip prisoners after a six-year suspension following the signing of an agreement between the Palestinian Captive authorities and Israeli prison administration after the prisoners started a hunger strike lasted for 28 days in April of 2012.
