
At least four militants of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) were killed in the ongoing clashes in the Syrian Kurdish City of Kobane.
In a press statement, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said that it was informed that clashes took place at many fronts in Kobane between the Kurdish people protecting units (YPG) and ISIL south of the city, the governmental square, and around Rash library, led to death of four ISIL militants.
It added that the clashes accompanied by air strikes by coalition warplanes around the city.
In a separate statement, the SOHR pointed that regime forces bombarded areas in Al-Zabadani and Al-Nashabia in Damascus countryside which left many civilian casualties.
Clashes took place between regime forces and Islamic battalions backed by Jabhat Al-Nusra in Fleta wastelands in Qalamoun. Moreover, an Islamic battalions' fighter was killed in clashes against regime forces took place earlier in eastern Ghouta.
