Two Palestinian teens were shot and killed on Wednesday morning, after they allegedly broke into Eli settlement in the northern West Bank and stabbed an Israeli reservist soldier causing him light wounds.

Israeli soldiers have shot the two teens, Labib Azzam (17) and Mohammed Zaghlawan (17)  after the “fled the scene of the stabbing” in the settlment.

According to Israeli media reports, the teens infiltrated the settlement, located south of Nablus city, and waited outside of the soldiers house with a knife.

Haaretz said that the wounded reservist managed to “scare off” his attackers who fled the scene before soldiers found them and killed them.

The Israeli was taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center, Jerusalem for further treatment, and the two Palestinians were lelft to bleed to death.
