
A relatively heavy explosion rocked capital Kabul earlier after a suicide bomber targeted the vehicle of the Afghan Attorney General Office (AGO).
Accoridng to Afghan Khaama Press (KP), the incident took place in the 6th police district in the vicinity of Sanatorium road while the vehicle was carrying AGO staff.
Eyewitnesses in the area said at least two people were killed and at least 15 others were injured following the attack.
In the meantime, deputy spokesman for the Ministry of Interior Najeebullah Danish said at least one person was killed and 10 others were injured in the attack.
The Taliban militants group claimed responsibility for the incident and confirmed that the target of the attack was a vehicle of the Attorney General Office employees.
