As many as 1,807 stranded people were allowed from and into the Gaza Strip via the Rafah border crossing, according to an official sources at the terminal.
Extra staffers were deployed at the terminal to swiftly finish the crossing measures of the travelers, said the source.
A Kuwaiti aid convoy also entered the Palestinian enclave through the crossing.
Some 605 tons of cement were moved into the besieged territory, said the sources.
