12 airstrikes in Syria, 4 in Iraq target ISIL

US military forces continued to attack ISIL terrorists in Syria on Thursday and Friday using fighter and bomber aircraft to conduct 12 airstrikes in Syria and a separate 4 in Iraq with the help of partner nation forces, (US Central Command) CENTCOM announced.
In Syria, four airstrikes were conducted near Kobane damaging four ISIL fighting positions and one ISIL building.
In Iraq, an airstrike near Fallujah struck a small ISIL unit and an airstrike near Bayji struck another small ISIL unit. An airstrike north of Tikrit struck a large ISIL unit and destroyed three ISIL-occupied buildings.
