The administrative capital project will be carried out with the UAE partner, Planning Minister Ashraf el Araby said.
There is a possibility to extend the period of the memos of understanding that were signed during the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) in Sharm El Sheikh for 90 days to turn them into contracts and agreements, Araby said on the sidelines of a conference on administrative reform on Sunday.
