Western region's tribes hand over more arms

Arab tribes in Al-Nigaylah area in the Western Military Region handed over 17 rockets and 55 rifles to the military intelligence in Mersa Matrouh, according to the military spokesman. The Armed Forces extend appreciation and thanks to the tribes of the western region for their patriotic action, said the spokesman Friday.l This came within the framework of an initiative devised by Defense Minister Abdel Fattah el-Sisi between the Army and the western tribes to hand over unlicensed arms.
