Umm Al Qaiwain Ruler issues resolution on development of Al Rigga area

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has issued a resolution on the development of Al Rigga area in the emirate.
According to the Resolution No. 02 of 2017, the Umm Al Qaiwain Planning and Survey Department is tasked to draft a comprehensive plan to develop the infrastructure of Al Rigga area, and remove invalid properties as per the technical reports of competent authorities.
The resolution states that the Planning and Survey Department is assigned to issue necessary executive regulations to develop Al Rigga region. The competent authorities will co-ordinate with the department in this regard. .
The resolution comes in force after the issuance, and will be published in the official gazette.
