
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi attended on Tuesday the graduation ceremony of the 153rd batch of the Non-Commissioned Officers Academy in El Tal El Kabir city.
The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, General Commander of the Armed Forces and Defense and Military Production Minister Sedqi Sobhi, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Mahmoud Hegazy, in addition to a number of ministers, top military brass and public figures.
The graduation ceremony of a new batch of non-commissioned officers that was named after Martyr Osama Saaed Fathallah began by playing the national anthem.
The ceremony included a military parade to show the officers' hand-to-hand combat skills and capabilities.
The graduation ceremony also involved a display of the basic Karate Katas and Kung Fu techniques.
The academy's students also practiced somersaults. They also made a show of using light weapons in self-defense.
The students also performed a military parade.
