The delegation of Council for International People's Friendship (CIPF) , currently visiting Kenya, and in presence of Sudan ambassador to Nairobi, organized a seminar about situations, political developments and peaceful-co-existence in Sudan at Kenyan St. Paul's University.
The questions raised by students focused on wars and conflicts in Sudan, namely in Darfur, South Kordufan and Blue Nile.
Sudan Ambassador to Kenya, Al-Sadiq Elias said in a statement to SUNA, that the importance of the seminar stemmed from the fact that it was the fisrt activity to be organized by CIPF at university sponsored by five churches and include large numbers of African Christian students including students from South Sudan and Nuba mountains, indicating that they surprised by distorted image of Sudan holds by St. Paul's University students.
The Ambassador added that the CIPF Delegation presented a detailed briefing on situations in Sudan, Sudan's civilization and potentialities and social ties of its components from one side with Kenya from the other.
