
Saudi Arabia has increased its humanitarian aid for the Syrian people by USD 60 million to reach a total of USD 250 million. Minister of Finance Ibrahim Al-Assaf, addressing the second donors conference for the Syrian people, said Saudi Arabia has increased its financial assistance for the Syrian people by USD 60 million to USD 250 million. Al-Assaf said Saudi Arabia has been keen on offering all kinds of support for the Syrian refugees, reaching a total of USD 448 million in addition to the increase that was announced today. He praised the role of the State of Kuwait in hosting the conference as well as its relentless support for the Syrian people.
