RCO receives ISO 9001:2008

Director of Policies, Planning and Quality at the Civil Service Bureau (CSB) Mohammed Al Awadhi said that the external audit has recommended granting the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) the ISO 9001:2008 in the field of orphans and widows another time, adding that the honoring will reflect positively on RCO services and enhance its productivity. He also said that RCO is keen to have constant contact with CSB experts in order to ensure that its procedures comply with quality standards, praising RCO's keenness to implement the quality Management system project.
