Qatar, Jordan hold talks

HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held talks with HM King Abdullah II of Jordan in Amman this afternoon. At the outset of the session, HH the Heir Apparent conveyed greetings of HH Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani the Emir of the State of Qatar to the Jordanian Monarch and his best wishes for more progress and prosperity to the bilateral ties between the two countries. For his part, King Abdullah II of Jordan entrusted HH the Heir Apparent with his best greetings to HH the Emir and his best wishes for more growth to the Qatari-Jordanian ties. The talks dealt with the fraternal bilateral ties and means of promoting them in various fields, the latest regional developments besides a number of regional and international issues of mutual concern.  (QNA)
