
In recognition of and gratitude to the UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his efforts and initiatives, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, launched on Monday a tag (Thank You Khalifa), and called on all the people of the UAE to participate in thanking the leader. "Brothers and sisters, on the 4th of January every year we are used to replacing celebration of the Accession Day with a campaign to thank an important segment in the community. In this year, our appreciation and thanks will be for the efforts and initiatives that we all witnessed. Thanks to the President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed.” Sheikh Mohammed wrote on "Twitter.” "We all believe that Khalifa Bin Zayed loves his people, compassionate to everyone, meets their needs, and is close to hearts,” Sheikh Mohammed said. "He took the responsibility faithfully and capably, and led the UAE to new levels of global development, after the late Sheikh Zayed,” he added. Sheikh Mohamed called on the people of the UAE, "Join me with a phrase, a photo or a short video, a greeting from the heart to Sheikh Khalifa, we want to tell him altogether... Thank you Khalifa.”
