Patriarchs and heads of Churches in Al-Quds (occupied East Jerusalem), voiced support for Egypt in fighting terrorism that aimed at targeting mosques, churches and state's institutions as well as terrorizing peaceful citizens. In a statement on Tuesday, the patriarchs have condemned the terrorist attack against Central Security Forces' (CSF) personnel, which left 24 conscripts dead and three others wounded. The statement urged the international community to side with measures taken by Egypt's authorities in countering terrorism in order to help the Egyptian people in overcoming the current crisis. They have handed the Egyptian Ambassador to Palestine this statement as an expression of their official stance towards the recent developments in Egypt.
